Account Executive

Description
Account Executives build and maintain strong client relationships, creating plans to grow the business and find new opportunities. They're driven to meet targets and goals, turning potential clients into customers and building long-term partnerships. They regularly check in with clients to understand their needs, offer support, and ensure satisfaction, helping to maintain the company's good reputation. They also negotiate contracts and track client and sales information.

To excel in this role, you need to enjoy building relationships and selling through those connections. You should be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with people. You need to believe in yourself and your team, and bounce back from setbacks. When you understand customer needs, you can build strong relationships and close deals. To succeed, you need to think critically, set goals, and adapt to changing situations. A positive attitude and a commitment to honesty and ethics are essential for building trust with customers.

Requirements
-Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales / customer service role.
-Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
-Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
-Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
-Organizational and time-management skills.
-Business acumen.
-Enthusiastic and passionate.
-BSc or BA in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.


Analyst

Description
As a business analyst, you'll drive change, growth, and success by finding innovative ways to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity. You'll research solutions, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and develop plans for business process changes. You'll work with teams to gather requirements, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records. If you're a detail-oriented planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst with a commitment to innovation, we want you to join our team!

A successful business analyst has a strong analytical mindset, breaking down complex problems into manageable parts. They're excellent communicators, turning technical info into actionable insights. They're curious, adaptable, and collaborative, working with stakeholders to gather requirements and build strong relationships. They're problem-solvers, identifying and addressing business needs, and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in their work.

Skills
-3-5 years’ experience in business analysis/data analysis/project management
-Experience with logical and physical models, proof of concept to implementation
-Experience in documenting Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Interface Specifications
-Highly analytical and willing to lead work through root cause analysis on process, capability, and data issues; and to effectively facilitate collaboration on resolution
-Experience in documenting Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Interface Specifications
-Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Visio, Teams
-Professional verbal and written communication

Nice to Have Skills
Business Analyst certifications are a plus, but not mandatory Training or Certification in Quality Management is an asset


Project Manager

Description

As a project manager, you'll work closely with our team to develop and oversee work plans, ensuring our projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You'll also be responsible for keeping our stakeholders informed through regular updates and presentations. Your operational experience and strong leadership skills will help you successfully deliver projects, manage risks, and coordinate resources. If you're a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about innovation, we want to hear from you!

To succeed as a project manager, you need strong communication skills to clearly explain goals and timelines. You should be a strong leader who can motivate and guide team members, and be highly organized to manage multiple tasks and resources. You need to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements, build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. You should also be able to identify and mitigate potential risks and be driven to achieve project goals and deliver results.

Skills and Qualifications 
-Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
-Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
-Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
