Case Study 1: Blood Glucose Monitoring System Implementation

Our client, a leading healthcare solutions provider, entrusted us with the task of implementing a comprehensive blood glucose monitoring solution across a diverse network of facilities, including hospitals, care homes, emergency medical services, and private care homes. The project scope involved approximately 600 devices, 10 servers, and training for over 20,000 users.

Case Study 2: Seamless Implementation of Health Insurance Claims System

Our Project Manager took charge of  the implementation for a robust health insurance claim, adjudication, and payment system, valued at approximately $37 million. The project was commissioned by the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board (WCB), which insures around 380,000 workers, processes about 40,000 claims annually, generates revenue of roughly $250 million, and holds assets totaling $1.4 billion.

Case Study 3: Strategic Transformation of Print Management

In collaboration with the Digital Services Branch, our Transformation Architect spearheaded a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing the user experience, conducting comprehensive business analysis, and introducing a fleet of new printers across Public Services Canada (PSPC) and its 17,000 employees. The Finance Administration Branch served as our project sponsor.
